Join My Challenge Group


One of the best ways to stay motivated and on track with your health and fitness goals is to join a challenge group. A challenge group is a small group of members that I coach exclusively in a private, closed group on Facebook. Every day I post in the group and give the members tips, support, motivation, and accountability. I offer help with meal planning and will also offer recipes that are acceptable for the programs my challengers are doing. The challengers are all encouraged to participate in posting daily but are not required to do so, however, I have found that those that participate tend to have better results. It helps not only the challenger that participates in posting but  the others in the group as well that may have the same questions and concerns and it also offers them support from others in their shoes.
